Whole Business CircleI developed this simple Whole Business Circle to show the nine parts of any small business. It’s a way to get a bird’s eye view of your relationship with your own business, and its strengths and weaknesses. The circle will give you a barometer of your business at any moment. Once you have that picture, you will feel more empowered and clear about where and how you need to focus.

Write a number from 1-9 in each pie piece. 9= strongest most empowered area. 1= weakest or least empowered area. This will give you a snapshot of how you are doing and where you need to focus in your business.
